The Blues, Jazz, and Folk Music Society of Marietta, Ohio, will host 30th Annual River City Blues Festival the weekend of March 17-19, 2023 at the Lafayette Hotel in downtown Marietta. W.C. Handy Award Winners Paul Rishell & Annie Raines, also celebrating 30 years as a musical duo, will be returning to the festival for a full set from 1-2:15 PM on Saturday.
